What happens to my photos?
Each photo goes to the image model that draws its page, and is used to draw and check your book and nothing else. We keep them for 24 hours after you order, so a page can be redrawn, then delete them. If a redraw you asked for is still being done, we keep them until it’s finished, never more than 7 days. If you don’t order, we delete them within about 48 hours. We never sell your photos.
What if a page isn’t right?
Tell us within 24 hours of your order and we’ll redraw it. If the book still isn’t right, we refund the $10.
Can I print it at home?
Yes. It’s an A4 PDF, so it prints on any home printer. Or take the file to a print shop and they can bind it for you. Thick paper takes felt-tips best.
What exactly do I get?
An A4 PDF. The first page has their name on the bookplate, then there’s one page for each photo, up to 10. It comes by email in minutes and stays in My Books, so you can print it as many times as you like.
Which photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos of people, pets and places, taken on your phone. You can see a sample page from your own photo before you pay. Photos of film or cartoon characters won’t draw, because those characters belong to someone else.
