  • Email address — to deliver your colouring book and for order access via magic link
  • Photos you upload — to generate your personalised colouring book pages
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details
  • Usage data — page views and interactions, measured by PostHog without cookies, and by Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel only with your consent

  • To generate and deliver your personalised colouring book PDF
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmation, download links)
  • To provide access to your order history via magic link authentication
  • To improve our service through anonymised analytics

3. Photo Storage and Deletion

Your uploaded photos are used solely to generate your colouring book pages. They are stored in Australia while your book is made. After your book is generated, the original photos are kept for 24 hours so you can request a re-roll of any page, then permanently deleted. Photos from orders that are never completed are deleted within 48 hours. We do not share or sell your images.
