Welcome to Tiny Human Books. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tiny Human Books website at tinyhumanbooks.com and any products or services provided through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our site.
1. About Us
Tiny Human Books is a brand and product operated by and is a subsidiary of Jiffi Consultancy Pty Ltd, an Australian company. All references to "we", "us" and "our" mean Tiny Human Books and Jiffi Consultancy Pty Ltd collectively.
We provide personalised colouring books created from photos uploaded by customers.
2. Use of Services
Tiny Human Books allows you to upload photos (usually of children or family members) to create a personalised printed colouring book.
By using our website, you agree that:
- You will only upload images that you own or have permission to use
- You will not upload inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content
- The photos you upload are provided solely for the purpose of generating your custom colouring book
Our service is intended for personal, family, or gift use.
3. Orders and Payments
All purchases are one-off and final once completed. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Image Uploads and Processing
You may upload photos to create your custom colouring book. By uploading images, you confirm you have the legal right to use those photos.
We process uploaded photos solely to generate customised colouring pages. After processing, all images and image data are deleted from our systems within 24 hours of creation. We do not store, retain or keep user images beyond this period. We also do not share, sell or disclose images with any third parties at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to Jiffi Consultancy Pty Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information in connection with our services. By using the site you agree to that policy in addition to these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jiffi Consultancy Pty Ltd and Tiny Human Books are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
